Most of our featured gaming halls in Auckland and Queenstown operate on an extended schedule to accommodate both early birds and night owls. Typically, the main floors are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing constant access to entertainment.
However, certain sections, such as specific table game pits, may have more defined hours. We list these specific timings to help you plan your gaming sessions effectively and enjoy the full range of facilities available at our partner hotels.

This is usually done during the quietest periods of the week—typically between 04:00 and 08:00 on Tuesday mornings—to minimize disruption. During these times, certain areas or machines may be temporarily unavailable. Our goal is to ensure that when you are on the floor, everything is in perfect working order.

When large-scale events, such as major sporting finals or a seasonal festival, are taking place in Auckland, our venues often adjust their schedules to match the local energy.
